Meet the Team
I started my career in 2000 as a receptionist in a high street agency and fell in love with the industry early on leading me to progress through the ranks to MD of an agency owned by a global company. Throughout my career I have been fortunate to have worked for independent and national recruitment businesses giving me the ability to work in a variety of sectors and support thousands of candidates in finding new careers.
During this time, I have supported training new recruits into the industry, opening of new branches, new divisions, turned loss making branches into record breakers, and delivered award winning business improvement initiatives on a national level.
After 19 years of travelling 20 hours per week and working to corporate KPIs I decided to form Diverse Talent Solutions giving me the opportunity to gain a positive work life balance and provide every candidate and client with a personal and flexible service without compromise.
I am a positive and passionate recruiter with a proven track record in building long standing relationships with candidates and clients and getting results.
