Working hours are 4 on 4 off shift pattern 06.00 – 18.00

My well-established national client has over 40 sites in the Uk and expanding in to other continents.  They employ over 3000 members of staff, completes 400,000 deliveries per year and owns over 4,000 trucks. Due to expansion, they are seeking an experienced customer service executive to support with delivering a first-class service to their key accounts.

Previous experience in managing customer enquires / key accounts is essential within Logistics would be an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Taking in bound calls from key account with enquiries, orders and queries
  • Working to customer KPI’s on performance and resolutions
  • Providing an excellent level of customer service at all time
  • Managing complaints and liaising with a number of stakeholders in the business to provide a timely solution
  • Logging all enquiries into in house system
  • Communicating with clients internal/external via the telephone ,email and face to face
  • Building relationships
  • Providing solutions

  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous key account/customer service experience

Working hours are 4 on 4 off shift pattern 06.00 – 18.00
